Introducing Netzer Spotlights!

We’ve decided to create this monthly Spotlight to communicate with our wonderful Netzer community, which will come through on the last Tuesday of every month.

We want to educate about Netzer, spotlight upcoming events as well as people in our community who are doing amazing things, while also bringing up memories from past events and camps!

This month, we’re spotlighting camp memories. We had an amazing Machaneh this past December. We had people come from across the country to participate. We even had two Madrichimot (camp leaders) come from overseas, with Galit from Netzer France and Phoebe from RSY, one of the Netzer branches in the UK. Machaneh Olam Metukan was our first in-person camp since the Covid-19 pandemic started.

Here is a favourite camp memory from Julian Gordon:

“One of my favourite Machaneh memories was the blue team’s final ruach during colour wars. Everyone was so involved in being the loudest and proudest blue team player. It was so much fun to give it all we had and do that together”

We have some exciting things coming up, including a visit with the SAUPJ to Gqeberha on the first weekend of March!
